A two day girls-only camp at ProAcademy Rugby is designed to provide an immersive and empowering experience for young female rugby enthusiasts. The camp offers a blend of skill development and improved Rugby IQ both on the field and in the classroom.

Join us this summer for two days of high-quality coaching in a fun, supportive and inspiring girls-only environment.
Whether you're new to rugby or already playing regularly, our Girls Only Skills Camp is designed to help every player develop confidence, improve their skills and enjoy the game alongside other girls who love rugby.
Led by experienced female coaches who have played at the highest level, players will enjoy position-specific coaching, decision-making games and plenty of opportunities to develop their understanding of the game in an encouraging environment.
