The ProAcademy Rugby Weekly Performance Academy is an intensive training program designed for dedicated U15-U16 players with ambitions of reaching representative levels such as county or academy rugby. This session is ideal for players who are passionate about the game and committed to enhancing their skills, physical fitness, and tactical understanding.
Over the course of an hour, participants will engage in high-level drills and activities that focus on key aspects of performance rugby.
Our expert coaches bring extensive experience in developing young talent, ensuring that each player receives personalised feedback and support. The environment is both challenging and supportive, encouraging players to push their limits and achieve their full potential.

ProAcademy Rugby Academy sessions operate year-round during school term time, delivering approximately 38 weeks of coaching per season, running from September through to July.*
Our subscription model is designed to make Academy access more affordable by spreading the cost evenly across the season, rather than paying per session or per term. This ensures continuity for players and supports long-term development.
In addition to weekly Academy sessions, subscription members receive a 20% discount on all ProAcademy Skills Camps, providing excellent added value and further development opportunities during school holidays.
Our 2025–26 Academy season begins Monday 8th September 2025.
